The Aliqa food-log app is a separate service, with its own Terms of Use. These terms cover the programme only.
The Aliqa Programme is a guided 10-week programme. It includes daily audio, a weekly seminar, a walk you record yourself, a weigh-in you record yourself, sophrology, and breathing practices.
We provide the materials and a place to keep your own records. We do not supervise you, and we do not provide coaching, therapy, or medical care.
You need an invite code. A code is single-use. It may be limited to one email address.
Access is not a purchase in the Apple App Store or on Google Play. The food-log app's subscription does not include the programme, and a programme place does not include the food-log app.
A place in a cohort is paid by invoice, arranged outside this website. We do not take payment inside the programme. The invoice is the record of what you agreed to pay. Deleting your account or leaving the programme does not cancel an invoice that has already been issued.
Weight, walk distance, walk minutes, and which audios you finished are your records. We keep them so the programme can show you what you entered. We do not sell them. We do not use them to train a model. The Privacy Policy says how long we keep them and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
The programme is for adults. You must be 18 or over. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are.

To leave the programme, email support@aliqa.app. To delete your account, email privacy@aliqa.app. You do not need the food-log app. Enrolment, weight, walks, and completed audios are deleted with the account. See how account deletion works.
Leaving or deleting the account does not cancel an invoice that has already been issued.
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. That does not remove consumer protections you have in the country where you live, including in the United Kingdom, France, and elsewhere in the EEA.
We post a new version at /legal/programme.html and change the version string when the wording changes. If a change is material, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can leave the programme before it does.
