At a glance. The Aliqa Programme is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It is for adults aged 18 and over. Stop if you feel unwell.
The programme is educational. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in the audios, the seminars, or your own logs is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinician.
The daily audios, the weekly seminars, the sophrology, and the breathing are practices. They are not treatment. They are not therapy. They are not a clinical programme.
The walk and the weigh-in are your own record. They are not an exercise prescription. They are not a weight-loss treatment. We do not tell you how far to walk, how fast to walk, or what your weight should be.
Do not use the programme to manage an eating disorder, a heart condition, or exercise in pregnancy. If you have a health condition, talk to a clinician before you change how you move or how you eat.
Stop if you feel unwell, including dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, or distress. Get medical help if you need it.
The programme is for adults. You must be 18 or over.
These points sit alongside the programme terms and the Privacy Policy. The food-log app has a separate Medical Disclaimer.
